  This place is a scam. This is not a women’s shelter. There are men all over this place. The women who are supposedly abused let the men stay there with them and live off of the state for free. The town is aware of it but chooses to look the other way. These women have iPhones and Luis Vitton bags. They don’t want your used clothes. Give your donations to the veterans instead.
